<p>The meter has two drum counters one above the other, one of which displays the meter current reading, and the other displays the tariff device. The first counter is continuously connected through a gear transmission with the meter rotor, while the other is operated by an electromagnetic stepping device, controlled by a pulse generator converting rotow revolutions in pulses. The stepping device has an operating lever tripped by an electromagnetic release, and provided with a pawl driving a ratchet wheel on the first counter drum, as in 2629435. The operating leverl (12) is operated through a link drive (36) by a driver pin (35) and a switching element (11) in the form of a gear with inner toothing (30), interacting with the above ratchet wheel.</p> |
