Corrosion resistant gear pump - has end covers pressed into low precision housing generating correct dimensions

The corrosion resistant gear pump is used for delivering liquids of all kinds. The pump is economically made without using expansion moulds, patterns or toolings. The pump is made from suitable materials with low accuracy and held in economically made pump housing. The system is covered at both ends by precision made end plates. On pressing these end plates into pump housing the inaccuracies of the housing are compensated and an accurate inner form is generated. Accurate axial distance is also ensured due to the shape of the end covers on pressing together. Sufficient contact pressure is generated at the sealing areas covered with a liquid sealing compound which will harden.
