PURPOSE:To device the system such that only a specific user or a specific device attains reproduction in the case of reproducing picture information by providing a secret function in the case of accessing picture information on a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A signal is recorded at the recording through a conversion means giving a different write order from the information write order at normal recording interposed between a camera 1 and a memory card 3 set to the camera 1, and a signal is reproduced at the reproduction through a conversion means giving a different readout order from the information readout order at normal reproduction interposed between a reproducer 2 and the memory card 3 set to the reproducer 2. A key 4 is, e.g. used for the conversion means. Thus, only a person knowing how to handle the secret function can operates the secret function provided to a pickup device and the reproducer to record and reproduce a picture through the use of a specific device. |
