A cast acrylic sheet of RV at least 1.0 dl/g containing at least 0.25% but less than 4% by weight of the cast sheet of a multi-stage, emulsion polymerised, acrylic additive comprising at least two stages wherein the final stage is a polymer of glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least 25 DEG C formed from monomers containing at least 50% by weight of methyl methacrylate which final stage is formed by polymerising the final stage in an emulsion polymerisation process in the presence of a preformed polymer which contains at least one rubbery stage having a Tg less than 25 DEG C prepared by polymerising at least 50% by weight of a C1 to C8 alkyl acrylate, and at least 0.05% by weight of a cross-linking agent or graft linking agent.
