Integrated process for treatment of prods. obtd. from solid fuels by Fischer-Tropf or similar methods, in which (A) the prod. is fractionated as usual into a light fraction (I) contg. mostly unsatd. 3-6C hydrocarbons, a light oil fraction (II contg. hydrocarbons with end b.pt. =300 degrees C, and a decanted oil fraction (III) with b.pt. >300 degrees C, all fractions also contg. oxidised cpds. (B) (I) is again fractionated to separate a fraction (IV) contg. hydrocarbons with >=5C and leave a fraction (V), which is (C) polymerised and fractionated to give fractions (VI) rich in light olefines and paraffins, (VII) rich in gasoline and (VIII) rich in kerosene and gas oil, (D) fractions (II, III, IV) are combined, subjected to a cracking/decarboxylation process, and (E) fractionated to give fractions (IX) contg. 3-4C olefines and light alkanes (X) contg. heavy gasoline and (XI) boiling at over 200 degrees C. (IX) is polymerised in stage (C) or elsewhere and the prod. fractionated with that from (C). (XI) and (VIII) are mixed and (F) hydrogenated to yield a kerosene fraction (XIIe and a gas oil fraction (XIII). Max. yields of useful prods. esp. gasoline, kerosene, gas oil and LPG are obtd. |
