<p>The ice skate blade e.g. of aluminium has perforations or angled projections for mechanical anchorage when a plastic support element is injection moulded on to it. In the second step the boot upper is injection moulded and in the third step the boot side is made separately, all parts then being welded together into one unit.</p> |
