<p>Appts. for sepg. the core and peel from the pulp of a pineapple in a single operation comprises two concentric circular blades one of which separates the core from the pulp, while the other separates the peel. The blades are connected to >2 frames which allow the blades to move over the whole height of the fruit, and which are connected to a handle to facilitate gripping of the utensil. The blades may be toothed, and mfd. by any material with a cutting capacity. The frames are made of metal, plastic or any material with sufficient rigidity, and the handle can be connected, completely detached from the frames, or fixed to them integrally.</p> |
