<p>Thebuildng frame unit is for use as a wall section or panel of a building structure. The unit comprising a rectangular skeletal metal frame composed of space-apart elongate longitudinal frame members providing respective top and bottom horizontal members. The elongate end frame members provide vertical end pillars connecting together the top and bottom horizontal members, one intermediate elongate frame member extends between, and connected in selected positions to the top and bottom horizontal members to provide one intermediate pillar spaced from and parallel to the end members. The frame members are hollow metal sections, with the top horizontal member and the intermediate pillars each being formed by a pair of flanged channel sections assembled mouth-to-mouth to provide a box-like elongate structure. The end frame members are formed by a single flanged channel section assembled with its mouth presented outwardly to engage with a similar end frame member to a similar frame unit assembled in adjacent aligned endwise relationship.</p> |
