The circuit for setting the size of the current source arbitrarily in the IC chip comprises a combination circuit (1) for fixed current composed of a number of depletion transistors (IC1-n), a combination circuit (2) for setting the current composed of a number of switching transistors (ES1-n) and a variable current driving circuit (3) composed of a pair of transistors (T1, T2) such that the current (I2) is determined by selection of the switching transistor in the combination circuit (2).
