Control circuit for bistable switching relay with two field coils - has monostable auxiliary relay for each field coil switching

The circuit is intended for energising a bistable switching relay with two sealed coils and at least one change-over contact; the circuit uses control pulses of identical sign. A first monostable auxiliary relay energises the first field coil of the relay, on receiving of a control pulse, by connecting it to the control voltage source. The same monostable relay, or a second one, connects the second field coil of the relay to the control voltage source, on application of a further control pulse. Preferably two auxiliary relays (A, B) are provided each with a working contact (al, bl) and a rest contact (a2, b2). The second auxiliary relay (B) rest contact (b2) is incorporated between a terminal of the control voltage source and an excitation coil terminal of the first auxiliary relay (A).
