Collectors of transistors belonging to at least to differential amplifiers with emitter coupled transistors, are joined together. A load resistor is between one collector junction point and corresponding terminal of the supply voltage source. Its collector end is connected to the output terminal. A diode (D) of forward polarity is inserted between the load resistor (Ra) and the collector junction point (OD). A further transistor (T5) emitter is connected to the point (CD), and its collector to the voltage supply collector terminal (VCC). A voltage corresponding to signal level of binary input signals is applied to its base.
