PURPOSE:To measure the temperature of a part to be irradiated with high accuracy and to execute treatment without fail by providing a hollow waveguide to guide emitting laser beam to the part to be irradiated and an infrared temperature measuring instrument to receive infrared ray, which is guided by a fiber for infrared ray guide, and to measure the temperature of the part to be irradiated. CONSTITUTION:Laser beam L emitting from a laser oscillator 1 is condensed to the incident end of a hollow waveguide 7 and the condensed laser beam L is advanced while repeating reflection on the inner surface of the hollow waveguide 7 and emitted from an emissive end to an organ tissue 8. The temperature of a part 9 to be irradiated is increased by the irradiation with the laser beam L and the infrared ray of an wavelength, which is made different according to the temperature, is emitted. The infrared ray is incident from an infrared ray incident part 10a on a fiber 10 for infrared ray guide, optically transmitted by the fiber 10 for infrared ray guide, emitted from an infrared ray emitting part 10b, reflected by a dichroic mirror 6 and a mirror 11 and made incident on an infrared temperature measuring instrument 12. These temperature information are displayed on a temperature display panel 13. While the temperature information to be displayed concerning the part 9 to be irradiated are observed, a control part 3 can be controlled and the output of the laser beam L can be controlled. Then the efficient treatment can be executed. |
