An adjustment arrangement for a power converter system with a controllable semiconductor regulator to feed a DC current or DC voltage consumer or an intermediate DC voltage circuit of a converter from a DC voltage mains or a single-phase AC voltage mains while retaining essentially harmonic-free mains parameters contains, along with a first control circuit (30, 31, 32, 33) comprising a voltage controller (31) with a secondary current controller (33), a second control circuit comprising a selective filter (40) for the noise frequency and a proportional-action controller (42). The outputs of the first and second control circuits are fed to an adding station (34') whose output is connected to the control pulse former (50) of a control set to control the valves of the semiconductor regulator (14'). Due to the second control circuit, the noise frequencies are more accurately suppressed than with the use of purely passive elements. The control arrangement can be used in three-phase current drives of electric locomotives.
