<p>The plate anchor, for concealed fixture of door cases in doorways has cutouts (2) on the periphery and a central hole (7) to accommodate a fixing screw or similar. It facilitates use of adhesives with rapidly vaporising solvents. For this purpose there are depressions in the cementing surface (1a) of the plate anchor (1), interconnected and extending in part to the periphery. There may be a circle of blind holes (3), with connecting channels (5) and with connection to a channel (4) extending to the edge. It may be made of hard polyvinylchloride, or other thermoplastic material. Adhesive can be applied to the top edge after the case has been aligned and clamped, and distributed through the channels and depressions.</p> |
