<p>Releasable fastener for a tube (1) inserted into a socket (3) has a leaf spring (5) arranged inside and along the tube. The spring is bent to define two extensions (6, 7) which project through openings (8, 9) in the tube. The extensions and openings are spaced apart along the tube. The one extension (7) is ramp-shaped so as to be pushed out of the way when the tube is inserted into the socket and to snap back on passing through to the other end of the socket. The other extension (6), which limits further insertion, can be depressed to release the one extension for withdrawal of the tube.</p> |
