Regenerating water by exposure to laser light - useful e.g. for curative baths, stimulating plant growth, etc.

Water is regenerated, its energy level increased and its biological quality improved by exposure to laser, esp. ruby laser, light. The water in question may be used as laser cooling water, or it can be exposed directly to monochromatic laser light, or it can be repeatedly circulated in transparent glass or plastic tubes exposed to the light, in which case an electromagnetic improvement is also achieved. Applications include swimming baths; improving growth in greenhouses, gardens, etc.; improving drinking water quality; and prepn. of curative thermal baths for treating caner, cardiac infarct, gout, etc. The method is relatively cheap and when used to purify drinking water allows large cost savings on clarification plants. The amt. of light used is easily controlled.
