Suspension for vertical plastic bands of door screen - uses T-shaped band tenons in transverse slots in U-section on door head

Each band is suspended from a continuous flanged (2) 'U' section (1) which is fixed to the top of the soffit of the opening, with suspension members projecting at longitudinal intervals from the top band edge and entering transverse slots (4) in the 'U' section. The suspension members may be of 'T' shape when viewed in the door plane with the bars, thus maintaining the tenons in position in the slots. The slots (4) may have a similar form which permits the insertion of the suspension members at the enlarged slot extremity.
