<p>The hinge has blades with edges working together and bent over to form beads. At the free ends, the beads have slot-shaped recesses (3a), and/or form slot-shaped openings with the blades (2a). Thus the beads can be hooked into engagement together r and then turned until they are coaxial and locking together. The external dia. of one bead is such as to fit closely and turn in the other one. At opposite ends of the slot there can be extended portions of the bead towards the other blade. The length of the opening in the direction of the hinge axis can be roughly equal to the width of the bead on the other hinge blade.</p> |
