1501555 Tie rod hole plug DAYTON SUREGRIP & SHORE CO 2 April 1976 [4 April 1975] 13559/76 Heading F2B [Also in Division E1] A resilient plug 30 for closing and sealing the opening formed in a concrete wall by the removal of the tie rod used to support the wall formwork comprises a main body section 32 having, prior to insertion in the hole, an outside dimension 42 in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the plug greater than the corresponding inside dimension of the hole 44, and an integral nose section 34 having an outside dimension 46 in the same plane less than the inside dimension of the hole. A socket 38 is formed in the body of the plug for receiving a tool 40 which is used to push the plug into the hole. |
