1500929 Transfer printing C EVANGELISTA L EVANGELISTA and C EVANGELISTA 23 Dec 1975 [3 Jan 1975] 52552/75 Heading B6C A method of marking textiles comprises making a transfer image 6 on paper 1, from an ink support 2, applying that image 6 to the textile, removing the paper and applying a thermofusible plastics material to the image 6, both applications being effected under heat and pressure. A typewriter may be used to impress the rear surface 5 of the paper 1 against the ink support 2. If new images are required a layer of cloth or filter-paper is placed on the plastics material and the process repeated. |
