The square rod that supports the articles being electroplated has a head attached, wrt which the rod can be turned and then fixed; the head fits in only one way into the holder that carries it.The head is pref. conical, and either it or its holder has a spring latch which fits into a groove in the other. The square support rod is pref. fitted to the head with a screw, after it has been turned to the required position.
