<p>A cartridge fuse carrier assembly has a housing with a recess for receiving a cartridge fuse. The fuse is held compressedly between a contact member at the bottom of the recess, and a conducting ring carried by a cap at the mouth opening of the recess. The cap carries locking means which are moved into the cap-securing position by a transverse movement of the cap relative to the recess, after the cap has been fitted to the mouth opening of the recess. One of the locking means forms an electrical connection between the mouth opening end of the inserted fuse, and a connection terminal.</p> |
