A novelty device is disclosed for impregnating paper currency. The currency is fed into the slot of a housing having a lower reservoir holding an impregnating solution. A roller contacts the solution and transfers a portion of the solution to the paper passing between the roller and opposing driven roller. The opposed driven roller is driven by hand.
