PURPOSE:To keep a vibration isolating material from relative sliding so as to prevent its abrasion and pulling out and enable enhancement of its durability by integrating an inside member and a reinforcing metal fitting on respective inner faces of the vibration isolating material to form a truck assembling body, and pressing and fixing the reinforcing metal fitting side face of the truck assembling body in/to an outside outer tube. CONSTITUTION:A truck channel assembling body 2 has a face of its reinforcing metal fitting 7 pressed and fixed in/to a truck channel corresponding channel 3, and the end face of the channel assembling body 2 is formed in such a manner as to agree with the end face of an outside outer tube 1, and a boots attaching channel 8 is formed around the outside outer tube 1. Also, tripod members are movably inserted into respective three truck channels 3 constituted of the channel assembling body 2. Transmission torque exerted from the tripod members is received by the load receiving face 4 of the outside outer tube 1 via an inside member 5, a vibration isolating material 6 and the reinforcing metal fitting 7. Because each member is thus capable of being displaced independently with respect to the outside outer tube 1, alignment between the tripod members and the joint outer tube can be absorbed and, with the vibration isolating and attenuating action of the vibration isolating member 6, vibration generated in the joint itself is reduced. |
