Key ring fastening device with flat ring - uses tongue and slot system on flat ring to hook onto belt

The key ring consists of a flat ring (1), it is made of metal or plastics material with a tongue (2). The tongue has a hole (3) in it through which a small ring (4) is passed. The key is fitted on a normal split ring. There is a slot (6) in the flat ring which is wider than the thickness of the ring. This can be used to hold the key ring on a belt (7), or to hook it on a pocket. It can also be combined with another key ring of the same type.
