The TDMA satellite communications system has each ground station reading out the n signals stored consecutively in the m channels and transmitting them to the satellite. The n signals received by the satellite are restored in their appropriate frames for further processing. The signals arriving at the ground station in frames are held in n transmit memories as frames. The memories are read in parallel and the resulting n signals of a single channel are transmitted one after another. The circuit simplifies transmit and receive control at ground stations.
