Plant growth cultivation system - has cover containing rotatable parabolic reflectors with tubes to carry solar heat absorbing medium

The plant cultivation system has a cover for protecting the soil surface on which the plants are grown from damaging sun. The cover includes a number of pivotable, cylindrically parabolic reflectors (5), along each of whose focal lines is a tube to pass a heat carrier. There is a servo device (26) for pivoting the reflectors about their longitudinal axes and there is a circuit for the heat carrier which includes a feed pump and the tubes. A control device operates the servo device and is so set up that hte reflectors automatically follow the sun during sunshine. The surface soil is under shade and the solar energy picked up by the reflectors is carried away.
