Air hose for connecting a bubble mat in a bath tub to a fan of an aib bubble massager comprises a steel wire supporting coil (10) covered with a plastic shrink tube (11). A large-cell thick-walled plastic foam tube (12) is inserted loosely in the supporting coil. The coil is pref. also covered on its inner surface by a plastic shrink tube (15). Both tubes consist of severaly layers, and the foam tube consists of several coaxial foam tubes. A further thin-walled plastic tube (13) is pulled over the outer shrink tube. The hose can be constructed without complicated operations and appts. from conventional components. The foam tube provides good heat insulation to reduce heat losses due to radiation.
