PURPOSE:The above-mentioned packed layer into which the catalyst has been enabled to be packed without being damaged, by providing the holes for packing the catalyst at the side wall of the packed layer of the catalyst for the direction of right angle to the passing surface of gas and by providing the valves at the prescribed positions of one pipe being common to each of the holes for packing.
