<p>The belt-and-bucket conveyor is particularly for coarse granular material, the buckets being secured to the belt (11) by mounting strips (5) across the latter. Each bucket (1) is secured by at least four strips, arranged in two rows, and its rear wall is secured by mounting angle pieces (2) preferably screwed to it at a distance in relation to belt and strips such as to prevent jamming of the material handled between them. Each strip can have a bolt (6) protruding from a lug at right angles to it and pref. integral with it. The length of the mounting strip can be the same for all bucket widths, and one of least of the bolts can be attached by a link to the bucket angle piece.</p> |
