The vehicle is provided with side plates extending downwards from the super structure lower edge to prevent air turbulences forming under the chassis. The wind spoiler side panel consists of a single upper part (10) and a single lower part. The two parts are joined by hinges (21) so that when the upper part (10) is swung upwards on its pivot (8), the two panels will fold together. The panel joint (22) is provided with a lock (23) fixed to the support arm (7). The support arm is bolted to the body nearer (24) and reinforced by a strut (27). A pneumatic shock absorber (28) can be fitted between the support arm (7) and upper panel to edge (29).
