PURPOSE:To prepare canned husked buckwheat having moderate hardness and shape-retainability and easily eatable at any time by boiling buckwheat, removing harshness from the buckwheat, washing the buckwheat with water, draining the product to obtain husked buckwheat, putting the buckwheat into a can, sterilizing with heat under normal pressure and sealing in the can. CONSTITUTION:Husked buckwheat grains are put into hot water, boiled for about 15-20min, washed with water and drained to effect the removal of harshness and impurities and obtain husked buckwheat expanded 3 times or thereabout. The processed buckwheat is put into a can, hot water of about 85 deg.C is poured into the can and the buckwheat is sterilized by heating at >=95 deg.C for 25-30min under normal pressure and sealed to obtain the objective canned husked buckwheat. |
