PURPOSE:To suppress deterioration sufficiently at high temperature and high humidity by providing a water repelling agent layer furthermore on a protecting layer on a recording layer. CONSTITUTION:A protecting layer is provided on a recording layer which is provided on a light transmitting substrate. A water repelling agent layer is further provided on the protecting layer. In this constitution, deterioration at high temperature and high humidity is sufficiently suppressed. Missing and breakdown of data, which are to be preserved for a long period, because of environments are prevented, and the durability can be improved. As the repelling agent used in the water repelling agent layer, it is preferable to use fluorine compounds in a solid state or a semi-solid state which is expressed by the expression (where X is a bivalent group which does not contain fluorine, Z is hydrogen or metal atoms, (n) is an integer of 3 or more, (m) is 0 or 1 and l is 2 or 3). |
