Swinging ramp includes a drive-over plate pivotably attached to free end of the ramp and positioned with half of its width on the ramp. In the frame of the ramp and below the ramp is a top open U-shaped profile in which the bottom edge of the drive-over plate rests when tipped in vertical position. The centre of gravity (18) of the drive-over plate (3) is in the part (3b) positioned on the ramp (1) and in the vertical position (16) of the drive-over plate (3) its centre of gravity (18) is on the side of tipping axis (19) opposite the ramp (1). The part (3a) of the drive over plate (3) for positioning over the ramp consists of sections (21) arranged side by side and pivoting within predetermined limits.
