The invention relates to a procedure for heparinization of blood samples and an arrangement for implementing the procedure. The heparin is added to the quantity of blood 13 by a long narrow porous body 14, in which a predetermined quantity of heparin solution is absorbed and dried-in, being introduced into the quantity of blood which is then shaken to release the heparin from the body and to mix it with the blood. The arrangement for implementing the procedure consists of said long narrow porous body 14 which preferably consists of a length of braided hydrophobic thread. <IMAGE> |
