<p>A telephone hand set accessory provides an electroluminescent display of the numbers selected by a user for dialling. The normal telephone dial is removed and the accessory is placed underneath the dial. The accessory includes an annular array of finger pressure actuated leaf spring contacts (21). Beneath the contacts (21) there is an annular conductor common to each leaf contact so that upon entry of the dialing finger in any given hole, one of the ten identical circuits provided in unit (6) is energized to illuminate a respective digital display.</p> |
