The control unit further includes a pump for continuously feeding a treatment tank with the liquid caramelized to a constant state and a feature for simultaneously keeping the degree of caramelization at a constant when the automatic changes in the quantity of caramelized liquid, due to variations of operating conditions in subsequent processes, occur.
