<p>The permanent lifting device allows the top part of a high-tension electric plyon to be used to install a step-down transformer on the pylon. A passage (2) extends between the opposite sides of the pylon (1), having pulleys (4, 7) at each end over which the hoist rope (3), passing through the passage, is reeved. The pulley (7) supporting the fall of rope to which the transformer is attached can be mounted on an extensible arm (8), enabling the load to be placed in line with its centre of gravity in the vertical direction while the other pulley is fixed. An anchorage (6) for the lifting device (5) can be provided on the pylon near the ground.</p> |
