The multiple cylindrical connector has a sleeve at the rear of each of its halves. The sleeve has an external diameter roughly equal to that of the cable's insulation. the insulation is fixed to a knurled region by a collar. The plastic sealing sheath enclosing the insulation may also be retained by this collar. The rear sleeve is fixed via a rotary part comprising several separable sections. This part has a truncated region on which a collar fits to enclose the insulation. The collar is pressed towards the truncated part by a locking sleeve.
