<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the time for training the operator with an expensive equipment by providing a visual display device to a computer and incorporating the display software displaying a frame subjected to same processing as the desired processing to a picture on the display device. CONSTITUTION:A computer 40 processes a picture P1 expressed by a video signal V1 and has a visual display device 42 and incorporates the display software displaying a frame subject to the same processing as the desired processing to a picture of the display device 42 in response to a command. That is, the computer 40 displays the information of a different item generated by the display software in response to the command inputted via a keyboard 48 and a track ball assembly 50 on windows W1-W3 of the display device 42. Moreover, the computer 40 connects selectively to the video effect device 10' so as to generate the data used in off-line. Thus, both the training and the device of the effect are used in off-line entirely and the expensive and complicated hardware are not needed to be accessed.</p> |
