PURPOSE:To enhance the strength and rigidity and reduce the weight of a molded item main body and, in addition, contrive to improve the manufacturing accuracy of the molded item by a structure wherein the molded item main body is provided by filling the interior space of a hollow molded body with foamable filling material and reinforcing connecting parts, which connect opposing wall faces, are provided on the part of the inner wall face of the hollow molded body. CONSTITUTION:A molded item main body 19 is provided by filling the interior space of a hollow molded body 14, which is molded with hollow out of synthetic resin material. At the same time, reinforcing connecting parts, which connect between opposing wall faces, are provided on the part of the inner wall face of the hollow molded body 14. Thus, by the filling material 18 in the hollow molded body, the strength and rigidity of the molded item main body 19 is enhanced and the deformation of the molded item main body 19 is prevented from occurring. At the same time, by the connecting parts, which connect between the opposing wall faces of the hollow molded body, the strength and rigidity of the molded item main body 19 are further enhanced and the generation of striking sound and the like can be reduced. |
