The suppy and deflection circuit, for a television receiver, is designed to prevent RF interference being fed back to the receiver's coaxial input. A filter network is used to isolate electrically the interface between the IF stages and the following circuits of the receiver. The filter network consists of a magnetically coupled IF filter directly before the video rectifying stage. The entire HF part of the receiver is electrically isolated from the rest of it so that relatively low frequency RF noise (from the deflection circuitry and supply circuit) cannot find its way to the input of the receiver.
|
