The heating radiator consists of several stacked and connected components. Each component has a channel for heating medium and ribs and bolting grooves. Upper and lower ends of the heating element assembly carry heating medium supply and return collection pipes and tangential flanges. Heating radiator components are connected directly without use of drilling templates to the pipes. The flange (16) projects slightly outwards and is pressed on both ends of the heating fluid pipe (15) by means of the clamping brackets (18) against the end faces of each heating component (10). The clamping brackets (18) have angular shape whose support arms (19) have approximately the same depth as the thickness of the flange (16) projecting from each heating fluid collection pipe (15).
