PURPOSE: To easily obtain a dialysate of a desired component concentration by preparing hydrogencarbonate dialysate using an individual concentrate of a specific composition and a basic concentrate. CONSTITUTION: Concentrate is diluted with water to provide dialysate as solution containing components changing in a range shown in a table I. It mainly contains sodium chloride and sodium hydrogencarbonate, and applied by mixing the basic concentrate of a uniform standard composition having the mole ratio of hydrogencarbonate/sodium of 0.3 in the maximum, preferable 0.27, with an individual concentrate for supplying the residual solute content of the dialysate in compositions individually selected according to the physiological requirements. The basic concentrate has the consecration equipment to less than 95% of the concentration of the total sodium chloride or the least dialysate, contains the sodium chloride, and supplies the standard concentration of the lower limit of NA<+> in the physiological range. The individual concentrate is 170×liquid concentrate and the Na<+> equivalent to the difference between the standard concentration of the Na<+> in the last dialysate and the individually adapted concentration is supplied thereto together with each ion individually selected according to a table II.
