PURPOSE:To always execute outgoing and incoming, when a radio terminal is speakable by executing the registration from the radio terminal, and using temporarily a radio base equipment as a dedicated equipment of the radio terminal. CONSTITUTION:A radio terminal 12 transmits a special number containing a separate identification number of a radio base equipment for forming a speech path together with the own separate terminal identification number. A central processor 2 which receives this special number rewrites a special number registered in advance to a main storage device 3 from an input/output device 4, to this received special number and registers it. The central processor 2 transmits a group number in a new separate identification number to a radio base device 8 and the radio terminal 12 through a radio base equipment control trunk 6, and sends out a confirmation sound. The radio terminal 12 discriminates its confirmation sound, and thereafter, finishes the registering operation. Accordingly, the radio terminal which executes the registration can execute outgoing and incoming only from the fixed radio base equipment, therefore, it becomes unnecessary that the radio terminal executes unnecessarily a position registering operation.
