PURPOSE:To improve turnability at the time of tight corner turn running by setting differential limit torque as the target differential limit torque, when a front/rear wheel rotational speed difference and a, right/left drive wheel speed difference are in a prescribed value or more, and setting the target differential limit torque to zero except when the speed differences are in the prescribed value or more. CONSTITUTION:A device is provided with a differential limit torque giving means (a) provided between right/left drive wheels to give differential limit torque in accordance with a control command from the outside, right/left drive wheel speed difference detecting means (b) for detecting a right/left drive wheel speed difference and a front/rear wheel rotational speed difference detecting means (c) for detecting a front/rear wheel rotational speed difference. In a target differential limit torque setting means (e), when both the front/rear wheel rotational speed difference and the right/left drive wheel speed difference are in a prescribed value or more, differential limit torque determined by a differential limit torque determining means (d) in accordance with a right/left drive wheel speed difference detection value is set as the target differential limit torque, and except when the speed difference are in the prescribed value or more, the target differential limit torque is set to zero. Based on this target differential limit torque, the differential limit torque giving means (a) is controlled.
