PURPOSE:To manufacture a composite molded body having a high coefficient of elasticity through automation, by a method wherein a thermosetting prepreg thread composition is composed and after formation of a noncuring composition by performing heat treatment and a process forming a thermoplatstic composite layer is combined similarly apporopriately with that. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting composite layer is formed by performing heat treatment of composition b1 composed of a thermosetting prepreg thread on the circumference of a mandrel m by a braider B1 by making use of a thermosetting prepreg thread by a thermosetting molding heat treatment device H1. Then after composing the composition b2 of the thermoplastic prepreg thread on the circumference of the thermosetting resin layer by a braider B2, a thermoplastic composition layer is formed by forcing the thermoplastic thread to melt by heating by a thermoplastic molding heat treatment device H2 and to cure. Then a composite molded body W constituted of the thermosetting composition layer as an inner layer and the thermoplastic composition layer as an outer layer is obtained. Then a more multi-layer composite molded body is obtained by a similar method further. |
