Automatic measurement of dynamic parameters of electronic circuits - using appts. with input and output systems connected to circuit via transmission lines and relays

The measurement appts. automatically produces dynamic parameters of electromic circuits. It comprises an input system which enables preselected signals to be applied to the inputs of the circuit undergoing measurement and an output system which enables the input and output signals to be analysed. The input and output systems ae connected to the circuit input and output pins through transmission lines of equal length and relays placed at equal distances from the circuit. Resistive loads may be connected to the outputs of the circuit through these relays. Voltage attenuators and signal analysers are included also. The relays have a capacitance less than 2pF and an impedance greater than 9.101010 ohms.
