Binding machine for steel concrete reinforcement rods - has drill arm driven by drill shaft with hydraulic cutting and clamping jaws

A binding machine is for large numbers of concrete reinforcement steel rods or similar material using a binding wire. The machine consiss of a drill arm with a rotatable bearing on a drill-shaft and two clamping arms with hydraulically actuated cutting and clamping jaws for the binding wire. The drill shaft is fitted with a cogwheel which is in contact with a rack attached to the clamping arms. The clamping arms are movable along the guides of the drill arm through turning of the drill shaft. A connection between drill shaft and arm is obtained through cogwheel and rack.
