The production of the valve system is carried out in the following stage: First the bellows contact surface is formed on the shaft and cover (10). Then the sealing bellows (11) is mounted in relation to pulse surfaces. A multiple clip (20) of metal with good heat conductivity secures the bellows round the shaft contact surface near the line of welding. Pulsed welding is then used for final connecting of the bellows to the shaft, with low heat supply during this operational step. Then the cover is mounted on the shaft and connected to the other end of the bellows, and clamped in position near the line of welding. After final welding the clips are removed.
